I found the suite to be spacious. it included two bathrooms, a definite plus with kids. the children really enjoyed the pool. I thought it was supervised well.
i noticed the evening buffet seemed overpriced. it felt expensive for children. guest relations didn't offer any flexibility on pricing, disappointing.

The gym was quite the experience, i must say. some of the machines seemed to be relics from a bygone era. i think they even had a machine powered by hamsters. the evening buffet became quite pricey. I seemed like i was paying for the privilege of watching my kids eat a single breadstick. we ended up exploring local restaurants, thankfully more reasonable.

The hotel offered a wide array of activities for children. My room included a microwave fridge kettle and coffee maker. I had both a shower room and a separate bathroom in my suite. The housekeeping staff maintained an immaculate studio.
The gym had old machines that did not all function properly and the free weights were limited to small dumbbells.

I found the service from the staff to be excellent. The staff in the restaurant greeted me with warm friendly smiles. The attentiveness and politeness of the staff contributed to a positive experience and it was a lovely surprise.

The spacious suite had a separate sitting area. A coffee machine with daily pod refills was a nice touch. The fridge size was more than adequate for our needs. Staff were very attentive to any request we.
The evening entertainment, while varied, did feel somewhat repetitive . I thought more dance performances would add variety.

The staff demonstrated attentiveness and friendliness in all interactions. Daily room cleaning was thorough and efficient. Fresh water was provided each day. Chocolates were delivered in the evening.
