the staff were super friendly i noticed. the rooms, were gorgeous! the breakfast buffet had such a great selection and i love that there was an adults-only zone to sit outside. it was so easy to get a sunbed near the pool, what a win! the hotel's location was top-tier too.
the elevators felt a little slow sometimes. it was not a huge deal, but something they should fix.

I found the suite to be spacious. it included two bathrooms, a definite plus with kids. the children really enjoyed the pool. I thought it was supervised well.
i noticed the evening buffet seemed overpriced. it felt expensive for children. guest relations didn't offer any flexibility on pricing, disappointing.

The gym was quite the experience, i must say. some of the machines seemed to be relics from a bygone era. i think they even had a machine powered by hamsters. the evening buffet became quite pricey. I reminded me of i was paying for the privilege of watching my kids eat a single breadstick. we ended up exploring local restaurants, thankfully more reasonable.
